 The
biggest group of security companies in Brazil, Grupo
Nordeste (Northeast Group) has been operating
since 1973 and is present
in
19 Brazilian
States. The first company of the group, established
in 1970, was Pernambuco Segurança de Valores (Pernambuco
Guarding), which had its name changed to Nordeste
Segurança (Nordeste Security) some years
later. Currently Grupo Nordeste comprises
also the companies Soservi, which carry out cleaning
and
maintenance services., and Transbank,
which actuates on the personal security,
guarding, cash-in-transit, electronic
security and auxiliary services for banks.
In the year 2004 a great achievement sets the growth of Nordeste Group: the
acquisiton of Norsergel, the biggest security company of the North Region, consolidating
the national leadership of the Group in the security market.

Nordeste
Segurança (Northeast Security), the first
company of Grupo Nordeste, accumulates
an experience of thirty five years in rendering specialized
security
services in order to guarantee your protection and
that of your patrimony.
Present in eight States of northeast Brazil, the company offers services in
the
fields of guarding, personal security, cash-in-transit, electronic
security and auxiliary services for banks. |

TRANSBANK |
|
In 1991 Grupo Nordeste took an important step,
starting to operate also in the States of São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro
through its company Transbank. Afterwards, through
the acquisition of DCS Segurança
de Valores (DCS Guarding), the company
increased its area and started also to operate in
the States of Minas Gerais, Paraná and
Rio Grande do Sul.
Now cash-in-transit services, as well as bank services can already be hired at Transbank in
five States in south and southeast Brazil. The company also operates in the field
of electronic security in the city of Campinas, State of São Paulo and Guarding
in the states of São Paulo and Paraná.
As an acknowledgement of the professionalism and of the good quality of the rendered services, Transbank got the ISO 9002 certificate in 1998. Since that time the company goes on working in order to keep and even to refine the service quality standard. |

NORSERGEL |
|
Operating
for the last 45 years, Norsergel is the security
company leader in North of Brazil, reaching
the States of Maranhão, Pará,
Amazonas, Amapá, Acre e Rondônia.
Its estructure is composed by 4,700 employees,
130 armoured trucks and thirteen operational
headquarters.
Norsergel offers services of guarding,
electronic security, cash-in-transit and
cash logistics. The base of Norsergel's
quality politic is to guarantee safety,
punctuality and credibility to clients through
the continuous improvement of people and
new technology. In early 2005, Norsergel
has joined Grupo Nordeste. |

SOSERVI |
|
Soservi started opperating in 1972 as a cleaning and conservation services company. It was pioneer in this field and, since then, it built a performance area which includes Northeastern Brazil and the state of São Paulo. Throughout these years, the company started working not only with institucional cleaning, but also with guarding services and special services.
Nowadays, it employes around 6.000 professionals among guards, gardeners, receptionists, phone attendents, carriers, elevator operators, genitors, doormen and secretaries. Soservi invests in constant working qualification and imported equipment as outstandards of its services. |

of the methodology developed by Nordeste Cursos (Northeast
Courses). |

SECURITY |

 Schooled
by Nordeste Cursos and licensed
by the Federal Police and by the International Safety
Council, Grupo Nordeste agents are
trained to protect the client in several situations,
riskful
or not.
Following the client as necessary, the aim of the Personal Security Service of
the Group is to assure protection to any one who hires security services for himself or for his family. |

 The
Cash-in-transit System is other service
offered by Grupo Nordeste and for
this purpose there are about 2,500 employees, 700
armoured trucks

300 light vehicles.

transfer of the cash logistics to the companies
